　　Excellent service. I ordered online. Arrived within a reasonable amount of time. package and shoes were in great shape. My first pair of shoes with velcro straps. (arthritis in my fingers) Easy on / easy off! One issue I will mention. I have long, wide feet. therefore, I need size 14 5E. However, my feet are relatively thin. So, the straps when tight hang off the side of the shoes by a lot. If the straps were an inch shorter or adjustable they would be perfect for me. I understand they have to be manufactured to fit a wide range of feet. Just my opinion.
